The Miami Hotel Melbourne is located just North of Melbourne’s city centre in cosmopolitan West Melbourne, within walking distance of Etihad Stadium and Queen Victoria Market.

If you want a break from noisy dormitory style hostels, then Miami Hotel is the answer. Our private Economy hostel rooms hold a maximum of 2 people and contain 2 single beds or 1 bunk, with linen provided, wash basin, mirror, wardrobe, small fridge and TV with FOXTEL. The communal bathrooms are located down the hallway. All Economy rooms contain reverse cycle air conditioners, telephone (available from Reception) and are NON-SMOKING.

A common kitchen is available on this floor, with Hotplates, microwave, fridge, toaster, sandwich maker and kitchen accessories; including tea/coffee facilities.

Other hotel facilities include: 24 hour manned reception, video surveillance on all hotel entrances, TV lounge with DVD and FOXTEL, microwave and refrigerator for guest use, tours desk, coin operated Internet kiosks & (Jimojo) wireless internet at competitive rates, laundry and off-street car parking (available for $5 per night).

Check in time is 2pm and Check out at 10am.

The Miami Hotel is a well established family owned budget property catering to a wide range of visitors. We are experienced in looking after students of all nationalities and travellers both from within Australia and beyond.

Cancellation Policy: You must contact the Miami Hotel directly at least 48 hrs prior to 2pm day of arrival, otherwise one night will be charged. (This policy overrides the 24hr requirement of Hostelworld.com)

Special Events
Due to heavy bookings during special events in Melbourne we have applied certain conditions of payment as follows:

Aust Tennis Open:
Minimum 2 night stay and no cancellations.

F1 Grand Prix :
Balance of first 2 nights accommodation to be processed as non-refundable deposit, remainder of payment will be processed 30 days prior to arrival, NO REFUNDS will be accepted for this event period.

Melbourne Cup Carnival:
Balance of first 2 nights accommodation to be processed as non-refundable deposit, NO REFUNDS will be accepted for this event period.

New Years Eve:
Balance of New Years Eve accommodation amount will be processed when we receive your booking, NO REFUNDS after 01 Dec.

All bookings received for all, or part of, the above Special Events will be deemed as in agreement with the above conditions
